How does YouRater work?

YouRater provides you with a very quick, convenient and step by step way to set up a page that let’s you get feedback from people who know you well. It is an easy 4 step process:

1. Sign up on YouRater.com - it's free and takes less than 5 minutes.

2. Design a page where you pick the things you want feedback on.

3. Paste or type in your friends' email addresses and YouRater sends them an invitation to give you anonymous feedback.

4. You only see the averaged feedback provided anonymously by your friends (which allows them to be unusually honest).

How can I use YouRater to give a friend unsolicited, anonymous feedback?

It's hard to give a friend critical advice, but with YouRater, you can give any friend feedback quickly and anonymously.

By far the best way to to get your friend to sign up is to lead by example. Sign up first yourself. Have them rate you and then tell them how useful it is and that they should sign up too!

How long does YouRater take to set up?

As short as 5 minutes. YouRater pre-populates everything for you, welcome messages, questions, etc., so you can get a full personality inventory almost as fast as you can click. It also gives you the option to customize just about everything, but of course, that takes a little longer.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Down the road YouRater may become ad-supported or seek other avenues of revenue but it is free to you, and per our privacy policy, we will never sell any personal info you choose to provide us.
